A guided online practice space for working on Calm, Relaxed and Natural with Dantian Breathing, followed by the heart method of Tong Yuan (30mins)

A space to practice working on the Calm, Relaxed and Natural state with Dantian breathing techniques, followed by a group heart meditation of Tong Yuan.
Tong Yuan is the 7th method of the Yuan Qigong system and is the practice for connecting with, exploring & cultivating one’s heart.
Dantian breathing is a simple technique where you bring your awareness to your tummy and breathe naturally, helping to calm the body and mind.
Practice of these two methods combined can create a space & time for you to rest, recharge & nourish yourself on a deep level & open up for inner reflection.
Both of these methods are suitable for beginners & experienced practitioners of Yuan Qigong.
TIMETABLE:
Session 1: Introduction to Dantian breathing & Tong Yuan, the method. Practice of Danitan breathing.
Session 2: Practice of Dantian breathing (15mins) & Tong Yuan - Trust (30mins)
Session 3: Practice of Dantian breathing (15mins) & Tong Yuan - Openness (30mins)
Session 4: Practice of Dantian breathing (15mins) & Tong Yuan - Love (30mins)
Session 5: Practice of Dantian breathing (15mins) & Tong Yuan - Gratitude (30mins)
Session 6: Practice of Dantian breathing (15mins) & Tong Yuan - Gongjing (30mins)
Session 7: Review and group chat.

A 2 week online drop in group practice space for those wishing to deepen their Ren Yuan method.
Weekdays, Monday to Friday 7am to 8am NZ time
Morning sessions are started with a short 5-8min reflection on Xin Fa, followed by 45 minute practice of Ren Yuan.
Suitable for people with some experience of the physical requirements of Ren Yuan.
